Te Tūranga | About the role

As a CCC Assessor, you'll be assessing applications and issuing Code Compliance Certificates (CCC) and Compliance Schedules. You will be working closely with your peers in the Building Support and Inspection teams. You will be responsible for liaising with customers and ensuring the final certification in the building process is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is the perfect opportunity for an energetic professional that is keen to take the next step towards a technical role in the BCA.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 90 Devonport Road.

 

Ngā Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll bring;

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a customer-focused and administrative position, preferably in a building-related field
  • A recognized (regulation 18) building qualification, or be working towards this
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solution focused with strong resolution skills
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
