Te Tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for a detail-focused and collaborative Compliance Management Systems Coordinator to manage our specialised database for resource consents and trade waste licences. You’ll help make sure we meet our legal obligations, reduce business risk, and recover revenue accurately.

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—making sure our systems are up to date, our processes are clear, and our teams are supported to use the tools confidently.

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• NCEA Level 3 or higher
• Experience working with operational databases in a business or local government setting
• A qualification or solid experience in customer service or business administration
• Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with systems and supporting others to use them
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
