Te Tūranga | About the role
As a Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the front reception desk and provide administrative support ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors to our new office building on Devonport Road. This full-time role requires you to work on site Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring visitors feel welcomed, provide accurate information, manage inquiries, maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, and keep detailed records of communications.
- Managing visitor sign-ins, issue passes, control office access for security, and notify management of suspicious activity.
- Coordinating key cabinet processes, manage access cards, oversee meeting room bookings, maintain locker keys, and suggest process improvements.

- Proven experience in a customer facing role.
- Confident, friendly, and able to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
