Te Tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a confident and organised Group Administrator to join our team for 18 months.
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly. You’ll support managers and teams with day-to-day admin, help coordinate projects and events, and make sure systems and processes are working well. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information, so discretion and professionalism are key.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing admin support across your group – from scheduling meetings to preparing documents
- Helping with financial tasks like raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Supporting projects and events with coordination and logistics
- Keeping systems and records up to date
- Helping your team meet health and safety responsibilities
Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who’s great at juggling tasks, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things well. We’d love to see:
- Experience in admin or coordination roles
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems
- A knack for organising, planning, and keeping things on track
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- An eye for detail and a proactive approach
If you’ve worked with financial systems, managed calendars, or supported projects before – that’s a bonus. But most importantly, you’re someone who’s ready to jump in, learn quickly, and make a positive impact.
