Te Tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team and help us deliver great outcomes for our people and our organisation.
What you’ll be doing
As a People Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for people leaders and staff who need advice and support on all things HR. You’ll build trusted relationships across the organisation and provide clear, consistent guidance on our policies, processes, and programmes.
You’ll work closely with our Business Partners and specialists to:
- Provide generalist HR advice and support to people leaders and staff
- Help resolve workplace issues and support positive employee relations
- Assist with employee engagement and development initiatives
- Support job evaluations and ensure accurate HR data and metrics
Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, solutions-focused, and confident working across a wide range of HR topics. You’ll also bring:
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- A good understanding of current employment legislation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
