Te Tūranga | About the role

As a People Business Partner, you will provide strategic and pro-active operational Human Resources (HR) support and expertise to the organisation.

Some of the key outcomes and focus areas for this role will be:

  • A trusted partner to the organisation.
  • Ensure that advice and guidance is sort out and valued by People Leaders.
  • Coach and develop People Leaders, lifting their leadership capability.
  • Cultivating relationships that are trusted, sustainable and effective.

 

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the business to effectively execute business strategy
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to influence across all levels of the Organisation
  • Clear and effective communication both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information and get the message to land
  • Calm and patient demeanour, yet dynamic and agile in your approach to work.

This role sits in a highly sensitive part of the organisation and its imperative that this person can apply discretion and uphold confidentiality.
