Spaces & Places is looking for an awesome Project Coordinator to support our busy team—the one that delivers fun stuff for our city! As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the team—helping us stay on track, work well together, and deliver great results.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
· Providing exceptional coordination and administration support
· Keeping documents organised and easy to find
· Ensuring reports and registers are up-to-date, accurate and on-time
· Supporting risk management and mitigation efforts
· Communicating clearly and regularly—being the go-to person for updates and information
· Building trusted and effective working relationships
· Supporting a positive team culture and collaborative ways of working
· Being open to learning and adapting to change
Ngā Pukenga | What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
· A tertiary qualification or relevant experience
· Competency with Microsoft Office
· Great communication and organisational skills
· A willingness to learn and grow
· The ability to multi-tasks and manage a busy workload
· SAP knowledge is preferred, but not essential
