Te Tūranga | About the Role
As our SAP Functional Specialist, you’ll lead the way in shaping how we use SAP at TCC. Your main focus will be to set functional standards and guide the strategic direction of our SAP implementation.
This is a role requiring an office presence, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration. You’ll be expected to work from our Tauranga office at least three days per week, supporting teamwork and connection with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing functional leadership—supporting the business through change and resolving issues as they arise.

Acting as the voice of the customer—understanding their needs and taking action where appropriate.

Working closely with end users and the wider business to design, test, and deliver new SAP components.

Ensuring all solutions and applications follow TCC’s policies and processes.
Ngā Pukenga | What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

At least 5 years’ experience working in an SAP environment.
-
Experience providing functional support in FICO or PSCD modules is a bonus.

Beneficial experience includes working with SAP Cloud Services, SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

2 years’ experience in business process mapping.

Familiarity with agile principles.

A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
-
The ability to train and mentor others.
-
A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
-
A solution-focused and action-oriented attitude.
