Te Tūranga | About the role
City Waters is focused on Tauranga's future with a clear purpose of strengthening our community through excellence in sustainable 3-waters services and a vision of contributing to a healthy and livable city for current and future generations. Our City Waters Projects team delivers valuable water infrastructure projects for TCC and the community. They are involved from feasibility through to project completion. The focus of the team is on delivery of high-quality water infrastructure assets.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our City Waters team, the role will be delivering a wide range of significant Waters capital projects such as pump station builds, transmission pipelines and treatment plant upgrades.
Key responsibilities will include;
- End to end project management of a range of capital projects
- Development of procurement strategies and design
- Stakeholder engagement
- Providing guidance, support and mentoring within the team
Ngā Pukenga | What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll bring;
- Relevant tertiary level qualification, project management certification desirable
- 10+ years project management experience
- Proven experience delivering waters capital projects
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills and commitment to contributing to actively contributing towards a positive team environment
