Te Tūranga | About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Continuous improvement of code development practices.
- Managing the code base for the core application and integration hosting environment.
- Ensuring regular and reliable development for successful delivery of the Digital work programme.
With some of the key outcomes being:
- Business and Community Solutions: Deliver solutions that achieve desired business and community outcomes.
- Supportive Engineering Platforms: Ensure software engineering platforms, environment, and strategy support business and community outcomes.
- Collaborative Accountability: Foster shared accountability and collaboration to achieve organizational outcomes.
Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Technical aptitude in C# and Azure environments
- Exposure to various project types and extensive project work
- Enterprise-grade experience with large organizations
- Ability to plan and deliver code for end-to-end projects.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Collegiate mindset, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
