Te Tūranga | About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Continuous improvement of code development practices.
• Managing the code base for the core application and integration hosting environment.
• Ensuring regular and reliable development for successful delivery of the Digital work programme.

With some of the key outcomes being:

• Business and Community Solutions: Deliver solutions that achieve desired business and community outcomes.
• Supportive Engineering Platforms: Ensure software engineering platforms, environment, and strategy support business and community outcomes.
• Collaborative Accountability: Foster shared accountability and collaboration to achieve organizational outcomes.

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Technical aptitude in C# and Azure environments
• Exposure to various project types and extensive project work
• Enterprise-grade experience with large organizations
• Ability to plan and deliver code for end-to-end projects.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Collegiate mindset, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
