Summer Intern - Community Funding Services

Te Tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for an intern to help us improve how we measure the outcomes of our community grants. You’ll work with our funding team to review past grants, , and help build a better way to track outcomes. If you’re interested in outcome evaluation, or community impact, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a real-world setting.

What You’ll Do

• Review and group the goals and measures  from past community grants
• Help design a framework to measure outcomes more clearly and consistently
• Test your framework using our grants software (SmartyGrants)
• Work with the team to run a mock grants round and see how your model performs

Who We’re Looking For

You might be studying Health Promotion, Evaluation, or a related field. You’re probably someone who:

• Understands how to analyse data and spot themes
• Has a basic knowledge of theories of change
• Enjoys working with spreadsheets and systems

What You’ll Get
