Te Tūranga | About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be working with the TCC and WBOPDC 3 Waters staff and providing technical support to those teams. Working in a collaborative work environment, you will be representing technical needs, providing influence, and managing the relationship with the Watercare team.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing user experience through influencing change and improvement to business systems.
  • Managing any issues related to 3 Waters systems, providing technical support, training and accurate reporting.
  • Ensuring users receive accurate information and experience a high level of service.

 

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in technical environment or a tertiary qualification in information systems (Diploma Level)/ information technology.
  • Experience in work order management or asset management systems.
  • The ability to build and manage professional relationships.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently.
