Baycourt Community & Arts Centre is on the lookout for a full-time Ticketing & Visitor Experience Assistant to join our vibrant team!

Is offering manaakitanga second nature to you? Do you put the ‘excel’ in ‘excellent customer service’? Is your eye for detail sharper than a prima ballerina’s focus? Can you juggle tasks like a stage manager on opening night? Love a little drama (the good kind) every day? If this sounds like you – read on!

Located in the heart of Tauranga, Baycourt is the city’s premier performing arts venue. From world-class performances by local, national, and international acts, to creative workshops, thought-provoking talks and more, we bring people together to experience the magic of live arts and culture.

As Baycourt’s Ticketing &Visitor Experience Assistant, you’ll help keep our Box Office and Front-of-House operations humming – from selling tickets to roster administration and food and beverage stock management. You’ll also pitch in to support the wider Baycourt team with a variety of administrative tasks that help us deliver unforgettable experiences for our manuhiri/visitors and clients.

Previous experience in the live events? Tino pai! If not, great customer service skills and a willingness to learn are what matters most.
