Te Tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a Water Billing Coordinator to join our team, working 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
This role is all about helping customers with their water billing needs. You’ll respond to emails and phone calls, and help make sure our water billing system is accurate and up to date.
Day-to-day tasks may include:
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls
- Setting up and managing direct debit payments
- Processing final water meter reading requests
- Fixing issues with customer accounts or meter readings
- Keeping billing records accurate and up to date

- Great communication skills – especially over email and phone

- Good attention to detail
- Able to manage your time and work independently
- Comfortable working in a reactive, fast-paced environment
