· Refurbishing tracks and replenishing aggregates
· Digging drains, culverts, and swales
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in hard landscaping, carpentry, or construction
· Bonus if you’re skilled in operating small diggers and hold Wheels, Tracks & Rollers endorsement
· Comfortable using smartphones and digital apps (e.g. Survey123, Maps, SuccessFactors, Damstra)
· A proactive learner with a positive, can-do attitude
· A strong work ethic with reliability, pride in workmanship, and a team-first mindset
· Commitment to health and safety, with the confidence to speak up when needed
· Physically fit and capable of outdoor work in all conditions
